The Courtyard is included in addition The Main Floor as the venue space.
The Root supplies the space, tables and chairs for meeting and eating, trash containers, set up before, and cleanup afterwards.
Visiting companies and organizations provide their own catering of food, drink, dinnerware, utensils, decorations, etc. Caterers are responsible for cleaning up their set up.
