We have two locations in New Albany and at the Novaparke Innovation and Technology campus in Georgetown. Members get dual access. HOURS OF OPERATION The Root is open 24/7 to members with a key fob. For guests and visitors, The Root is open and staff available 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
