Small conference rooms.
Mangrove and Redwood are our conference rooms in New Albany that seat up to 10. We also have one 8 person and two 10+ conference rooms at Novaparke. AMENITIES Conference rooms include: WiFi, large TV monitor with streaming, marker board, coffee, water cooler, snacks*

PRICING is this easy.
1. MEMBERS get free use.
(must schedule online for use)

2. NONMEMBERS:
$40/hr.
$150 Half Day (8:00-12:00 or 1:00-5:00)
$290 Full Day (8:00-5:00)

*Guests are welcome to The Root coffee, water cooler, and snacks, but still must provide their own other desired drinks (including bottled water) and food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner

Event spaces and recording and post production studios.
The Nest is nestled (see what we did there?) up on our fourth floor in our New Albany location, and it’s a haven for creatives. In these two rooms, anyone needing to record or edit — from podcasts to animation to music and more — can rent the room(s) and have access to our equipment! The first floor, which includes The Courtyard, can be used for large gatherings or small groups. Or we have two spaces for about 30 people at our Novaparke location (these are considered conference rooms and can be booked above). If you’d like to see the space(s) before booking, request a tour.

2. NONMEMBERS in The Nest:
$65/hr.
$180 One Block (3 hours)
$240 Half Day (4 hours)
$370 Two Blocks
$500 Full Day (8 hours)

NONMEMBERS on The First Floor: 
$115/hr. (plus $100 setup/cleanup fee)

Answers to FAQ’S.

  • The Courtyard is included in addition to The Main Floor as the venue space.

  • The Root supplies the space, tables and chairs for meeting and eating, trash containers, set up before, and cleanup afterwards.

  • You will get 30 minutes to set up before the event, and 30 minutes to do a general clean up and get guests out the door afterward. If more time is needed, please let us know.

  • Visiting companies and organizations provide their own catering of food, drink, dinnerware, utensils, decorations, etc. Caterers are responsible for cleaning up their set up.
